My favorite blueberry cake

This cake is awesome . . . lemony, crumbly, slightly sweet, with bursts of blueberries in every bite . . . did I say A-W-E-S-O-M-E?

Sweet Summer

I finally found some delicious peaches at the supermarket, for some reason I haven't been having much luck with this sweet and juicy fruit. But, this weekend I hit the jackpot! And since I bought a big batch of them, I made a peach tart for a dinner party . . .

Just make your favorite crust recipe for a 9 inch tart (I did not love my crust this time, so I'll post a recipe when a find a winning mix of ingredients!), thinly slice 3-4 peaches and arrange them on top of the crust, drizzle 4 tablespoons of agave on top, and bake for 40 minutes at 350F. Have a peachy summer afternoon!

Por fin encontré buenos duraznos en el super, por alguna razón no había tenido mucha suerte con ellos. Pero este fin de semana finalmente le atiné! Y como compré una bolsa grande, hice una tarta para una cena con amigos . . .

Prepara tu receta favorita para la base de la tarta (no me encantó como me quedó esta vez, entonces les pasaré la receta una vez que haya encontrado la mezcla perfecta de ingredientes), cortar 3-4 duraznos en rodajas finas y añadir 4 cucharadas de miel de agave arriba de los duraznos, cocinar por 40 minutos a 350F/175C.

Easy Frozen Mango Pie

This is an extremely easy dessert, plus it doesn't have any flour, refined sugar, eggs, or butter in it . . . I made a simple crust of walnuts and dates and filled it with chopped fresh mango and my favorite natural yogurt (for all the vegans out there, soy yogurt or even frozen yogurt would be an excellent substitute)

Este es un postre extremadamente fácil, y no tiene harina, azúcar refinada, huevos, ni mantequilla . . . la base está hecha de nuez y dátil, y el relleno de mango fresco y yogurt natural (para los veganos o intolerantes a la lactosa, un excelente substituo sería yogurt de soya)
